Communication Data
- SMS message content you send to Friday AI
- Photos or videos you share for maintenance requests
- Message timestamps and delivery status
Property Information
- Lease details (rent amount, due date, lease terms)
- Maintenance request history
- Property address and unit number
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Facilitate communication between you and your property manager
- Process and route maintenance requests
- Answer questions about your lease, rent, and property
- Send building updates and emergency notifications
- Coordinate vendor services for maintenance issues
SMS-Specific Information
Message Storage
- All messages are stored securely and encrypted
- Message history is retained for property management records
- You can request deletion of your message history by contacting your property manager
Third-Party Access
Your information may be shared with:
- Your property manager or landlord
- Service vendors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) when you request maintenance
- Our SMS provider (Telnyx) for message delivery
We do NOT sell your information to third parties or use it for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
Opt-Out
- Text STOP at any time to opt out of routine messages
- Emergency and safety-critical messages may still be sent
- Contact your property manager to fully discontinue service
Data Access
- Request a copy of your message history
- Request correction of incorrect information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to property management record-keeping requirements)
California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to deletion.

Friday AI is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
